Hi Just reading back over this sub reddit which is actually where I got my nod for Otto surveys in the first place & wanted to come back to share my experience/feedback. We had a level 3 and they were competitively priced compared to others we got quotes from and the sample report they sent over before we confirmed to go with them was useful and gave us reassurance that we were making the right choice. The actual survey report for the property we were getting surveyed was thorough, honest, accompanied by loads of good qual photos to illustrate points and followed up by a debrief call to go through key findings and answer any questions.
